PEPSI TOPS…1/10/2003 – 26/4/2017 RIP Mercoledì notte è volata in cielo Peps, “uno dei più grandi amori” di Emma O’Brien, amica speciale per tutti noi e coraggiosa, appassionata e sensibile difensore dei greyhound e lurcher. Pepsi aveva 13 anni e mezzo, 10 e mezzo dei quali li aveva trascorsi come greyhound sfruttata nel mondo delle corse. prima come racer poi come fattrice. A 10 anni e mezzo era stata salvata e aveva trovato in Emma la possibilità finalmente di scoprire cosa significa godersi la vita, cosa significa essere amata e rispettata. Pepsi era una grey tosta, sensibile, con una straordinaria voglia di vivere. Emma racconta di lei: “Tonight i said Goodbye to One of the greatest loves of my life so far…. A girl who was rescued from her former life in the Industry aged 10.5 yrs old. But who saved all her best qualities..best moments …best characteristics for us…. Who made me smile every single day…Who decided she had got a second chance and boy did she make the very most of her new found freedom… She was everything a Greyhound should be and then she made herself unique… With her ability to shine…her ability to touch the hearts of many..Her ability to show people that you are never too old to change and embrace all things new….Her ability to love so deeply…. I have No regrets tonight for my beautiful girl…It was her time…. She has left me with 3 yrs of some of the best and unforgettable memories ever… She was my girl and i was her mum… For that i am truly grateful…. No point telling you to fly safe tonight Peps….I know for sure you will arrive at Rainbow Bridge the way you lived your life with me….At full speed…Gob open and with attitude….ready to take over…. Rainbow Bridge…Get ready to do it “Her Way”????.” La sua scomparsa ci riempie di tristezza e siamo sicuri che il suo spirito veglierà comunque sui suoi fratelli sfruttati e maltrattati nel mondo delle corse e della caccia.
